Hydraulic press for solids forming

Just recently, DUNKES was again able to deliver a tie-rod press for solids forming with a total press force of 22.000 kN to a significant supplier for the automobile industry.

Other features include:

  • Maximum deflection at full press force: 0.9 mm.
  • 8-fold flat waz of the ram for the full stroke, with individually adjustable guide rails.
  • Primary drives each installed separately outside of the oil bath.
  • This facilitates continued operation at 50% of performance should one drive fail.
  • Standard 3-sided platform with noise-damping enclosure to reduce the noise level.
  • Additional hydraulic injector with on-board drive for independent travel to the ram axis, installed underneath the table bed.
  • Visualisation and programming of the press-specific data via a display control of type MP 370 "Touch"
  • Hydraulic die clamping.
  • Due to the required performance parameters with respect to stability, expansion, etc. a tie-rod design was used instead of a mono-block design.
  • Light curtain in combination with a transfers light curtain to reduce the insert depth.
