Hydraulic assembly presses
Depending on the task, the assembly and testing process is simultaneously monitored via a high-resolution displacement and force measurement sensor system. The measured ACTUAL values are compared with the specified TARGET values without loss of time and controlled according to the programmed specifications. The evaluation and documentation can be documented decentrally (at the machine) or centrally (connected ERP system).

We precisely implement these requirements for pressing, press-fitting, joining and sheet joining tasks with our servo spindle drives in conjunction with our dugonic® SERVO.
