Built for Precision. Tuned for Speed.

Optimizing a hot stamping line means more than just selecting the right press force. It’s about engineering the entire system around your part. From programmable hydraulic controls and frame design to quick tool change systems and off-center load handling, every detail matters. At DUNKES, we don’t guess. We work closely with you to dial in every variable for a seamless, high-performance setup built for your exact application.

Hot Stamping, Your Way

There are several key variables to consider when purchasing a hydraulic hot stamping press or fully automated hot. Whether you’re looking for a single press or a full production line, Dunkes’ hot stamping systems are built to fit your workflow.

Hot Stamping Presses Fully Automated Hot Stamping Press Lines

We can integrate with your existing setup or deliver a fully turnkey press line complete with:

  • Single or dual rolling bolsters
  • Robots or feeders for part loading/unloading
  • Blank destackers
  • Roller hearth or stack ovens
  • Tooling
  • Part conveying systems

What Sets Hot Stamping Apart

Hot stamping uses extreme heat (over 900°C), and rapid cooling to form ultra-high-strength parts from boron steel. It’s a process that requires perfect timing, precision, and power.

Here’s how it works:

  • Blanks are destacked and moved into a furnace.
  • Once heated and formable, they’re transferred to the press.
  • The hydraulic press closes immediately, applying intense force before the part cools.
  • The hardened part is automatically unloaded for downstream finishing.

It all happens fast…because milliseconds matter.
