DUNKES’ balers are equipped with advanced PLC-based control and monitoring systems that provide full configuration of all press parameters, real-time status visibility, and advanced fault diagnostics. Innovative manifold and logic valve designs, proportional control, and efficient direct-drive pump/motor groups ensure reliable performance and energy-efficient operation.

Unmatched Throughput: 150, 200, Even 300+ Bales per Hour

Thanks to servo-based material handling and dynamic control systems, DUNKES and Macrodyne balers are engineered for unprecedented production speeds, setting new benchmarks for output in the pulp and paper industry.

Remote Diagnostics For The Most Remote Locations

We know many pulp mills operate far from major service centers. That’s why every baler is shipped with a pair of Microsoft HoloLens and an initial subscription to Dynamics 365 Remote Assist. These tools allow your in-house technicians to collaborate in real-time with our support team, resolving issues faster via live video calls and remote diagnostics.

Unmatched Service and Support — New or Old

Not every mill needs a brand-new baler. At DUNKES, in partnership with Macrodyne, we’ve reconditioned and repaired legacy equipment that’s been running for decades. Our service expertise covers equipment from manufacturers such as Dominion Engineering, Hepburn, Sunds Defibrator, Baldwin, Burrard, Kamyr, Washington Iron Works, and Rauma Repola, many of whom are no longer in business or no longer support your region.

Whether you’re running a brand-new line or keeping legacy equipment alive, we have the knowledge, parts and field experience to keep your operation moving.
