Macrodyne rubber presses are available in various frame styles and are most commonly supplied in the multi-frame or monolithic frame style. Depending on the requirements, they can be supplied in up-stroking or down-stroking configurations.
Rubber molding presses are cost-effective in tooling, maximize the cavity count, and are very economical for medium precision.
Our presses can be designed to load compression molding or transfer molding of large rubber components or molding/bonding large rubber and metal assemblies. Cycle times can be configured according to the materials’ requirements.
