Hydraulic cutting shock absorbers are used to reduce the cutting shock when breaking through the sheet. These cutting shock absorbers are gentle on the tool and press frame. Cutting shock absorbers are integrated into the presses in different ways, depending on the requirements and press type.

This variant is mainly used for C-frame press and for small table dimensions.

due to the mounting of the dampers in the side stand, the distance to the center of the tappet is increased
